Stablecon EMEA officially brought together over 500 fintech innovators, industry leaders, and policymakers in Amsterdam to shape the next era of programmable money. Beyond the vibrant community on-site, the inaugural show achieved massive global reach, drawing over 40,000+ conference streams for our main stage panels and deep dives. Every detail of the event was intentionally crafted; seeing months of design comps finally manifest into reality.
The Stages
Onsite, the content and the stage builds were absolutely electric. The Main Stage captured the essence of "building blocks," utilizing stacked neon cubes that pulsed with a dynamic light show and injected a vibrant burst of color into the room. For the Pulse Stage, focus shifted to a more intimate setting designed to inspire candid sessions and deep audience engagement. Lush, organic plantings were woven throughout the wooden structure, creating a "jungle-like" yard that served as the visual catalyst for the entire stage design.

The environment to matched the boundary-pushing energy of the content, breaking the mold of traditional finance conferences with immersive activations across the show floor including:
The Global Food Hall: A culinary journey featuring bites from around the world, anchored by a crowd-favorite, sushi conveyor belt that kept attendees fueled and inspired.
The Gaming Lounge: A nostalgic oasis packed with arcade machines featuring 14,000 classic games, sparking friendly competition and creative breaks between sessions.
Pickleball Court: Bringing the ultimate modern networking sport indoors, where deals were brokered over volleys and dinks.
Entrance DJ: Setting the tone from the second attendees arrived, a live DJ spun high-energy tracks right at the exhibit hall entrance to electrify the atmosphere.
Greenhouse Oasis: A sunlit, living sanctuary complete with yard games, a premium fresh juice bar, and charging stations.
